We started GoHaramain to change that: to put packages from verified agents side by side with clear prices and details, and to stand behind every booking made through the platform.

• Verify every travel agent before they can list a package, and review every package before it goes live.
• Show packages in a consistent format — hotels, distance from the Haram, nights in each city, room-type prices and inclusions — so pilgrims can compare like with like.
• Let pilgrims send custom requests and receive offers from agents built around their plans.
• Handle customer support, payment verification and follow-up through our own team, from the first question until the pilgrim is home.
• Offer visa processing, a price estimator and trip tracking alongside the packages themselves.

• Trust is earned. Verification, reviews from real customers and a clear dispute process keep everyone accountable.
• Transparency helps everyone. Honest listings make pilgrims’ decisions easier and reward the agents who deliver.
• Service is part of the product. A pilgrim should always know who to talk to and where their trip stands.
