How GoHaramain Works

   Browse and compare

   Filter packages by price, duration, departure city, hotel star rating and distance from the Haram, then compare up to three packages side by side. Prices can be shown in PKR or your local currency.

   Check the details

   Each package lists its hotels in Makkah and Madinah, the nights in each city, room-sharing prices (quad, triple, double), departure dates and what is included, such as flights, visa, insurance, transport, ziyarat and breakfast. Reviews from past pilgrims are shown underneath.

   Book or ask a question

   Tap Book This Package or Send Inquiry and WhatsApp opens with a message to the package's travel agent, including the package link and a GoHaramain reference number. Nothing is charged at this step.
4. 4

   Confirm and pay the agent

   The agent confirms availability, the final price, the hotels and your dates. Ask for these in writing, then pay the agent directly using the payment details they give you, and keep your receipt. GoHaramain does not take payment for packages.

   Send traveller details

   Your agent will ask for each traveller's passport details, a passport photo and a copy of the passport bio page so they can start the visa process.

   We're here if something goes wrong

   If an agent stops responding or doesn't deliver what they agreed, contact our support team with the GoHaramain reference number from your WhatsApp message. We follow up with the agent and act on agents who mislead customers.
